The song Clay Pigeons was written by Texas songwriter Blaze Foley. John Prine featured it on his 2005 album Fair and Square. This is a mashup of these two versions, combining a harmonica part similar to Prine's studio take and the overall raw guitar and vocals of Blaze. One man singing his troubles into the universe to ease the pain of the world we live in. Don't we all sometimes feel like hopping a bus and riding to daylight? Enjoy!
