I wrote this song about my struggle with anxiety and depression. It's a song about not letting these things get in the way of achieving your dreams. Its's important for people to know that you're not alone. You are not the only one that feels the way you do. You should never feel helpless. Keep pushing through and follow your heart. If you never give up on your dreams, they will never give up on you. Don't let something that you can't control get in the way. Accept who you are and be the best version of yourself that you can be everyday.
