Having released his debut album in 2006, Rampue returned in 2012 with the decidedly atmospheric electronic house cut "Sonne, Park & Sonni". Here he attempts to build on the success of that 7" with a four-track exploration of moody, nu-disco influenced deep house. "That" sets the tone, combining thick acid bass with distant chords and melodies to bewitching effect. "Mama Was A Progrocker" turns an AOR disco favourite into a woozy deep house shuffler, while the bluesy "Katz Und Maus" goes even deeper in search of hazy thrills. Closer "Find Someone", meanwhile, utilises the crackly rhythms and stoned samples of minimal (in this case mournful strings and acoustic guitars) on a tearjerking deep house groover.
