Originally recorded at Blackwing Studios where I had the pleasure of visiting just recently with some American geeks (they know the joke)! So I stumbled on Fern via YouTube. She gave me the chance to rework one of her tracks and we plumped for Downfall. The track is an original composition written by Fern. It was originally an acoustic guitar / vocal track which I have remixed with some pulsing electronica! More remixes are in the pipeline.

So I discovered Cheryl's piano version of this iconic track and she kindly allowed me to use her vocal to compliment my take on the instrumental. Staying true to the original arrangement, I've attempted to update it sonically; I'll let you decide if I did. (Updated March 2020 to reflect the crazy times we currently live in!)

So I entered a competition! Featured on the Produce Like A Pro youtube site, this is my remix of an original track. Using the vocals and guitars I put a new back beat and sounds to it.
