some of you will be surprised to know that i play not only downtempo music :) I hope is a good surprise. This mix is recorded to give a preview of my mainfloor "psy" music to the people in Brazil, as i am going there to perform in September.

In future i might share also my "psy-techno" mixes. But don't worry, i am totally and fully in love in psychedelic chillout / ambient music, and this will stay the main focus of my project and this soundcloud page.

Gagarin Musical Background:
I have been listening to all kind of different music, in the end 90s i discovered clubbing and had very interesting experience on dance floor (techno / jungle / dnb). Since that time i regularly attended clubs, raves, free parties, squats, warehouses all over the world. I love to dance to electronic music.

in the 2008-2010 i discovered psy chillout music on the internet and few years later i had my first psychedelic festival experience and discovered trance. With time i started to understand and feel better psychedelic trance music. Still, I have to say that there is only a VERY small fraction of the psytrance music that i enjoy. So even i attend main floor, i rarely stay there long :) And i would rarely go to a party with no chillout stage. 

So this is my first published on internet psygressive psytrance  mix and i hope you will like it, comments here or via private messages are appreciated.

In this mix i selected some of the older tunes i enjoy ( 2011-2014), that's why the name is Back To Basics.

As all my previous "psybient / psychill" mixes published here, this is a live mix, recorded from 1st take and there is no editing.

Would like to share with you very special audio recording. This is a introductory part for a dj set that i played this year at Psy-Fi festival.
 
For this performance i invited my new friend - Fresh to join me with his mantra live vocal looping improvisation. This collaboration created some very special vibe and raise energy on the dance-floor. Unfortunately his audio and all the rest wasn’t recorded.

Fuluf is a Psychedelic Downtempo project by Taavi Toomsalu hailing from Estonia. He first started experimenting with that music when he heard tracks from the likes of Total Eclipse, Yggdrasil, Shpongle and mixes by Matt with an S. In 2013 he started a montly mixtape called Psychedelic Soundscapes with the aim to try to find his own sound and style with Psybient music. Last year he started another series called Divine Intervention and currently he is focusing on that.

Exercising the works of label manager, A&R from the label. Toxic In Dub sets are characterized by the variety of styles in a positive vibe, & not without its highlights duby sounds. in this time I have been playing in national and international Places & festivals. Kumharas (Ibiza) Nasha Beach (Barcelona) Sunrite Festival 2003,Transit 2004, Furthur Festival 2008-14,Own Spirit Festival,Samsara Festival,Connection Festival 2015.
