When I was working on One Heart I messed around with the sample for quite a while before I came up with the loop it ends with. I tried to be original and not just go with the old formula of "original + gabber kick". This was one of the loops I didn't use but always liked.
I think I even wanted to do a remix based on this loop at one point.

Rox - My Baby Left Me + League Of Legends (same game I sampled for 'Slaughter') and some 600BPM noise = this. I never finished this because after doing the generic "original track + speedcore kick" I tried making some stuff to make it more original and I did not like any of it.

Ever since I started working on my album I have been experimenting with combinations of Speedcore with DnB. The first one was The Unwritten Chapter, and more recently I made Crazy World. Somewhere inbetween making what I like to call "Speed N Bass" I made this fullgrown DnB edit of my speedcore original.

When I saw this song/video on =3 I just had to sample it. RayWilliamJohnson's additional comments were great too, so I threw those in and voila. I don't really remember why I never finished it, because I still like the idea. I would just have to fix the general sounds.

Knights Of Cydonia is awesome. And even though it's been sampled a couple of times already, I thought (and still think) it could be awesome in melodic speedcore style. I just need to remake it sometime. I still plan to finish this in the future, but it's been laying around for quite a while so I'm not sure when.

Some time in high school I was shown a fairly funny cartoon about a turtle who had to be prepared for nuclear warfare. Basically, during the cold war, children in the USA were told that by 'ducking and covering' they could protect themselves against nuclear bombs :P
Obviously this was a good reason for me to sample it, and so I did.

Me gusta guitars. I liked the loop, never finished it because all the sounds I wanted to use messed with each other and it ended up being a horrible piece of shit noise thing, while I wanted it to have a clean sound.

I was messing around with one single drum/bass from Gangnam Style and ended up looping and disorting it until it became some sort of industrial hardcore thing.

A while back I was listening to some old stuff I did in Ejay and figured it would be fun to use some of the samples from Ejay in a new track. Because the samples were originally at 180 BPM (and most of my hardcore stuff is around 150) I thought giving it an early feel would be interesting.
I'd say it fits!

The breakbeat, lead sound, laugh, sirene and one piece of fx were taken from Rave Ejay.

Later reworked into 'A Story Yet To Be Told' I originally made these kicks/loops for this project because the bedintruder song by Schmoyoho just hád to be sampled into a speedcore track. As you might be able to hear from the later loops this is another project I had no clue what to do with and I built several random sounds before discarding the project as a whole.

I never even got to the kick in this tune for unknown reasons. I still really like the melody so might finish this one day.
