Homie FADR, member of mannheim based @intermission68 crew, kickin' off our mix series again after a looooong time ♥

FADR is a DJ & producer based in Mannheim, Germany and part of the Intermission event series & record label (@intermission68). In his DJ sets he adds turntablism and live elements to groovy, sample-heavy house tracks, while acknowledging his hip hop roots with the use of drum breaks, jazz&funk samples. 

He has opened concerts for the likes of Oddisee, Freddie Gibbs, Asher Roth, Apollo Brown and Flo Filz, played club gigs with DJs like Teresa, Josi Miller, Mark Hype, and many more. As a live act or DJ-support for hip hop artists he played festival shows of all sizes throughout Germany (e.g. Southside Festival, Splash Festival, Metropolink, Happiness Festival). 

His debut EP ‘Window Seat‘ released 2021, followed by single features and collaborations with international beat producers. 

Together with multi-instrumentalist Julian Maier-Hauff he firms the electronic live music duo ‚FADR-HAUFF‘ since 2023.
