Beats + Tapes: Vol 1" is a collaborative sample pack by The Brothers Nylon and Mecca 83, inspired by 90s boombap, 2000s RnB and 2010s lofi.


The pack contains 10 compositions as well as their stems. The drums were created by Mecca 83, with the instrumentation handled by The Brothers Nylon. Tools used include a Peavey T-40 (bass), a Nord Stage 3 (keys), and a 90s Fender Telecaster, all recorded to a Tascam 388 tape machine through Altec preamps.

Co-production and mixing was handled by Black Dragon.
