REM - Everybody hurts (by HobbySinger)

Trained singer from India, Ranjani has been recording and performing on stage since the age of 12 and has dabbled in many musical genres. Right from Indian classical to Rock, Folk, Soul, Blues, some Jazz and R&B, Ranjani brings through her unique style in all these genres.

After several successful school and college shows and events, Ranjani lent her voice to India's first all girl rock band Mantra. The band had a 2 year long successful stint performing in different cities and gained a local fan-base. In the meanwhile, she has been continuously working in television/radio commercials (jingles and voice-overs) and has also sung for Indian movies. Her Tamil Film debut for the movie "Modhi Vilayadu" with music direction by the famous and talented duo, Colonial Cousins (Hariharan/Leslie Lewis) received rave reviews and touted her to be a talented find in the industry!

Ranjani believes music transcends language and is always open to exploring newer avenues of learning and growth!
