Impact: Gabriella Vergilov

Wlderz est un projet techno créé en par Cyril et Jérémy, deux Parisiens Djs et producteurs depuis la fin des années 90 (initalement sous le nom “The Welderz”). Depuis 2016, ils sont Djs résidents pour le collectif français Newtrack. Inspirés par de nombreux artistes en tout genre, dans leur production comme sur scène, ils aiment raconter un voyage et faire voyager leurs auditeurs entre sonorités industrielles, rythmes efficaces et mélodies hypnotiques. 

Considérés pour leurs DJ set et Live act qui atteignent des sommets d’énergie, les Wlderz se sentent aussi à l’aise derrière les platines que derrière les machines. Un beau mélange de Techno et d’Electronica, plein de sensations, d’énergie et de sentiments authentiques, qui se traduit par des EPs sortis entre 2017 et 2022 avec le label français Skryptöm, et leur merveilleux album “Swimming in a Plastic Ocean”. Les Wlderz ont également sorti régulièrement des EP et des remixes sur des labels internationaux tels que Jam, Materia, New Rhythmics et Noir Music, et "Space Machine", leur nouvel EP, sorti ce 27 octobre sur Skryptöm !

The Essential Mix is a weekly radio show on BBC Radio 1 currently broadcast between 0:00 - 2:00 AM UK time on Saturday morning. Originally broadcast on 30 October 1993, the Essential Mix features contemporary DJs and music producers of electronic dance music. The show has been presented since its inception by Pete Tong and features an uninterrupted two-hour mix from a different artist each week, overlaid with occasional continuity announcements delivered by Tong. With a broadcast run in excess of 25 years, the Essential Mix is one of the longest-running programmes in the current BBC Radio 1 schedule, and is one of very few Radio 1 shows which is not broadcast live.

Ranjit Nijjer Live DJ Set at Technoir's 11th Annual Christmas Party @ Lounge - December 25th 2015

With nearly 20 years experience in all things Techno in Melbourne, Australia, Ranjit Nijjer has truly carved out his own unique piece of the city’s landscape as a promoter, DJ and more recently as a producer. His event Technoir has become an institution in Melbourne; an important Techno destination over its life of over 19 years, showcasing home made talent from across the full spectrum of Techno.
Ranjit’s DJ sets are full of energy and a delicate intensity, as he expertly layers and weaves high volumes of tracks to create a truly distinctive dance floor experience for Techno fans both young and old.
Whether it is deep, hypnotic, ethereal rhythms or relentless, pounding harder sounds (often tinged with his special brand of funk), Ranjit gives the dancefloor and the listener his all.
This passion and care has seen Ranjit consistently booked around town for many years now, including several appearances at the acclaimed Rainbow Serpent Festival.
2020 saw Ranjit begin releasing his own music, with multiple EPs on Australian Techno imprint ‘Machine’ and very quickly he has found himself with tracks on labels around the world. 
2022 has even seen the release of his debut LP ‘Echoes In Time’ on Spanish label ‘Diffuse Reality’.
