We kick off with Derrick Carter who premiered the Belgian dance floors at Food in 1997. This recording dates from February 27nd 1999 when Food just moved to the Fool Moon Club in Brussels.

Here's a recording from February 2001 probably starting early in the night at the Fool Moon venue. There are quite a few @SwirlPeople releases/remixes on this recording. I guess a few of them were still in a testing modus hence why there are so many of them. Can you recognize them? There are 4 in total!
