Heavy heavy mix of speaker shaking solid bass bouncers......"Breath in, breath out, and maybe turn the lights out, as you're probably going to need a lie down after this! Raoulsta is back with an upbeat, positive, futuristic banger of a mix that's an hour and a half of pure pulsating joy. Right from the skittering start, this grimy glitter ball of fun perfectly picks you up, pushes you on and plonks you back down right at the jubilant end. There’s no messing about in this set and no time to waste, it's straight down to business from the off as Raoul brilliantly holds down his own signature journey sound whilst banging it up beautifully as he criss-crosses through beats, breaks, 3am thumpers, dub-flavoured bass lines, progressive nu electronica, floating female vocals, dancehall stabs, looped twisted chimes and even a couple of carefully crafted classy house classics!

"This mix is a gentle, contemplative journey, recorded from my cosy studio on a sunny autumn Sunday, with relaxed home-listening in mind. I have been listening to Slothboogie Podcasts for many years, and I'm quite honoured to be rubbing shoulders with some other amazingly talented podcast guests, so I wanted to present a mix that was a solid definition of 'who I am' as an artist (not the easiest thing to do in 1hr!), and with a slight nod towards housier/warmer-toned selections than I may otherwise play in the club. I think you will definitely 'get to know me' via this mix, and hopefully feel like you're mentally transported to a calm desert island beach with some pale blue waters and good feelings in the air. There are also a lot of love-songs in this mix <3 it's sort of a love story, as we can all be in love with beautiful moments of life, every day. Hope you'll enjoy."
