About Mews
From the forest of the west coast of BC Mews was raised in the paws of festival culture. Her passion for music was ignited at a young age and she always dreamed of being on stage. That dream came true when she played her festival debut for The Grove stage at Shambhala Music Festival in 2021. 
She has been shooting for the stars ever since.
Her sound is largely influenced by all types of bass music, predominantly coming from the UK along with R’nB, HipHop, Downtempo and Nostalgic Dance Floor anthems from her youth. You can count on her to get your body moving.
When she’s not playing at a festival or traveling the world you can find her nestled in the mountains of Nelson BC.

Mi$$ G is an emerging artist from Vancouver, BC who brings bad bitch energy to the dance floor with her elegantly curated selection of hip hop, trap, phonk and world infused bass music. What a blissful experience! This was my first trip since my car accident/head injury in 2019. The opportunity was timely and I'm grateful - it allowed me to step out of my whirlwind. I rediscovered my passion for life and regained my sense of self. The dust is still settling. Still beaming that the stars aligned for Joy (Alegria Aerial) to join me and share the stage with her aerial silks! 

I hope this mix captures some of the magic of that night, and takes you on a journey to the jungle. 🙏🏾
