This song is a prime example of a Rapping Professor "Gift Rap(tm)". 
I composed and performed it at the annual corporate gala bash of Hun Sen Realty, the largest real estate company in Singapore. Held at the plush Mandarin Orchard Hotel's Grand Ballroom, I shared the stage with some of Singapore's most renowned performers. Copies of my lyrics were placed on each seat (600 people attended) so everyone could follow along.
