Borren has a very musical background and started playing different instruments at a young age. He studied music at the Rockacademie and you can still hear the influence of all the different styles of music he made, embedded in his sound now. Borren released tracks as the duo U Know The Drill on SlapFunk Records, Boemklatsch and the OT301 label Basserk Records but decided to go solo after a few years. After SlapFunk Records released one of his tracks (Stacking Papers - 2014), his musical train left and took off and it hasn’t stopped ever since. The Borren sound includes; RHYTM and phat and rolling basslines,  groovy house with elements of minimal and garage. He is one of the members of the Tripmode label together with William Caycedo, Julian Anthony, RAW Equipment, and Daniele Temperilli. Tripmode is a record label & crew of friends that decided to join forces to leave their own stamp on the scene. All the producers involved have their own sounds and visions which, when carefully put together, stand for a unique unity. Borren’s ambitions don’t necessarily lie in becoming the biggest DJ, he just loves playing and showing people new sounds and spread the love. His tracks will be released on Tripmode in the near future.
