This is part of an on-going collaboration I have with international yogini extraordinaire Shiva Rea.  It represents content we co-created in Costa Rica at her yoga teacher training in December of 2018. 

It was there that I played music every day for 3 weeks and tuned in very deeply with Shiva to what was moving the students into their devotional practice of pranams (yogic movement prayers).

Each day at sunset we all gathered at the beach and practiced pranams together, then sang down the sun while dancing in the ocean.  There's truly nothing more enlivening than harmonizing your practice with nature and the cosmos.  I highly recommend it!

My this song be a boon for deepening your breath in every movement.
