Presentamos a un DJ y productor iraní, nacido en Dinamarca, que vive actualmente en Ibiza. Fue residente durante muchos años de Ibiza Underground, donde logró en el año 2010 obtener el tan reconocido premio de “Best Ibiza DJ” otorgado por DJ Awards. En el año 1999 lanzó el sello Welt Recordings, el cual trabaja en paralelo con su nuevo sello NG TRAX. Nima nos acompañó en 2017 en el After Oficial de Cocoon, en aquella increíble noche que compartimos junto a Sven Vaeth. Nos trae este set exclusivo y fino para los amantes del minimal!

Matteo Spedicati was born in Cagliari in 1980. His passion for music started at a young age with the study of the guitar. He spent his teenage years together with friends jamming in the studio and in garage bands. In the upcoming years he began to experiment with sequencers which was when he realized that he not only could compose his own guitar riffs but also scores of other instrumental elements.

As soon as he attended european clubs, Matteo was especially excited for the minimalist style of the period that took over in the european electronic music scene. In 2006 he released his first single on Gumption Recordings of Darmstadt. From that moment on, he commenced his work on a series of brilliant releases supported by world renown DJs and producers such as Ricardo Villalobos, Richie Hawtin, Marco Carola and many others.

He has worked with Joseph Capriati on CMYK, Alchemy and MIndshake,
Alessio Mereu on Toy for Boys, Mr. Bizz on Tuning Spork and Resopal and Mendo on Great Stuff.

Recently he’s releasing his music on labels such as Seth Troxler’s Play It
Say It, Davide Squillace’s This And That Lab and Jamie Jones’s Hot Creations

His ability to be a a great DJ and a great studio producer results in a musical line that can shake any dance floor while maintaining always a good level of class and sophistication.
