Happy to have my good friend Dzma playing the guitar on this particular jam we did a while ago.
I remember like it was yesterday, I left a message towards all the people following me saying that I'm holding a discount in order to buy a power source for modular. This guy came out of nowhere and messaged me'' how much do you need bro?'', I said I was missing 60 euros and he send them in the next second. It shocked me and in the same time gave me trust that I'm surely doing something right if this happened.
We started talking after that and he told me at some point he knows how to play the guitar, so when he came to Romania, at Sunwaves, before he got there he came to my studio. We drank some tuica, had some laughs and created this track. I think it really has that special energy and as it comes from the community it should go back to it as a free download. Hope you can feel the fun we had while doing this :D

For part 22 of our podcast series we welcome Goosebumps founder A-Bril to take control. Making it an extra special one as he presents to us an hour and half of the unreleased material that he has in his locker.

A-Bril has a long history with music. His interest started at a very young age when he was enrolled in solfeggio lessons by his mother. Only after a year-long journey through London’s underground music scene, he has discovered his true musical passion. Two years later, in 2017, he had the opportunity to play most weekends and learn from the local Dj’s.

In July 2018 he decided to create his own musical concept, Goosebumps. It started off as something small, just for friends, but after the first editions he received a lot of support and decided to take it to the next step. Up until this day, Goosebumps brings a great vibe together for every edition, from the crowd to the music.

Spending most of his time in the studio, he is building his sound while keeping all his projects mostly unreleased.

"We celebrate our 20th release on Amphia with "Shattered Glass", a new EP from Amorf.  
The first track, "Glass", debuts with a subtle piano motif that sets the mood, paving the way for a wide array of musical instruments to come into play. Throughout its steady development, rich modular sounds, rhythmical bass sequences, and synthesizer lead sounds can be easily discerned. A pivotal point of the track is its middle part, defined by the intertwining of a second rhodes motif and a distorted synth lead. Going full circle the track ends with a similar motif.  "Shattered" is mostly based on improvisation and spur of the moment ideas. Quirky break beats and dense textural pads blend together to create an exciting pattern that immerses you further into the soundscape. The arrangement is a bit more straightforward and, because of that, the track's dynamics keep you invested from beginning to end."
