I had adverse reactions playing before this and i didnt know what the diffrence was

I could imagine this playing as soon as you destroy the last Z-Com base, with a message that says, "The Final Z-Com base has fallen. There is little hope left for humanity."

I never played this game, can someone introduce me to all the plagues? Or at least Necroa virus.
