Local Heroes 024 RASEC

CONCEPT is the new baby established by the already international well known artist agency My Favourite Freaks, which consists of a four part and monthly released series starting in December 2015. All tracks will be out on vinyl and only for real and freaky club boyz and party girlz. International celebrated artists of the agency collaborated to create such a big collector’s item.

The third release of the CONCEPT Vinyl 03 is packed again with four mind-blowing and hot sounds of the season.

Matchy & Bott are in the first row presenting their tune called Mindfugged. Deep techno with mystic vocal samples meets nice bass grooves and lead synth lines. The second track is produced by Ruben Mandolini, who is always welcome on My Favourite Freaks Music. It’s called High & Dry and starts with some oldschool sounding beat loops which lead into a filter madness with a more tech house driven ending. Mind Craft Glasses is the first track on the flip side. And it’s made by Willers Brothers for the CONCEPT series. It’s dubby house with running 909 drum sounds packed in a tech house groove and combined with catchy vocal phrases. You don’t need any other sounds to get a huge hands up moment on the floor!

We premiere the final side from dotSTRIPE, already a long term member of the booking agency May Favourite Freaks, delivered of course with The Place the fourth and last track go the release. His typical and evolving tech house beat elements lead into wide atmospheres of synthesizer pads & sounds and his vocal cuts. Pure groove!

RASEC é DJ e produtor musical com raízes no movimento underground dos anos 1990. Seu estilo é marcado por grooves envolventes e influências do house e techno de Detroit, com foco em sensações e fluidez rítmica, evitando sons excessivamente pesados.

Em 2013, foi vencedor de um concurso voltado para DJs, o que garantiu sua participação no line-up do Seven Music Festival, o maior festival de música eletrônica do norte do Brasil, ao lado de artistas como Loco Dice, Tale of Us, Tini, Robert Dietz, Renato Ratier e DJ Cezar Dantas. No ano seguinte, apresentou-se no palco World Stage da Copa do Mundo de 2014, além de eventos como Sundreams, Carnatrance e Seven Beats Festival.

Sua trajetória inclui atuações em clubes emblemáticos da cena manauara, como SUB Club, Delta Club, Abaré Club e Crocodilos Club, dividindo cabine com nomes como Anna, Gabe, Fabo, Adnan Sharif e realizando warm-up para Daniel Kuhnen, eleito melhor DJ de warm-up do Brasil.

Foi residente do programa Seven DJs na Rádio A Crítica FM, com transmissões ao vivo semanais. É também cofundador da label House State, núcleo que promove eventos imersivos e experiências sensoriais em espaços exclusivos.

Atualmente, RASEC vive entre Portugal e Bélgica. Em 2025, se apresentou no NOS Alive, um dos maiores festivais da Europa, e foi destaque na DJ Mag Brasil, consolidando sua presença no cenário internacional.
