As we enter these dark and transformational times of late Autumn, the time is more than ripe for a soulful dose of Music as Medicine:  to uplift our hearts, souls, and purposes for living...especially during these darker days that beckon us to go deeper within.

Lucid is so blessed to birth this gorgeous offering by Berlin-based Sound-Healing-Artist SIKO (https://soundcloud.com/siko81)  SIKO has been a long-time supporter and co-creator along the Lucid Realms, as well as being a talented and soulful Sound Artist:  using his presence and intention to create spaces to dive deep into oneself...

We asked SIKO about his intentions behind this medicinal slice of soul music (recorded especially at 432 Hz):

The intention for this mix is to balance. 

Balancing the qualities of yin and yang, slowing down to integrate the energies of the first half of 2018. This intense transformative time did challenge some of us to the core of our being. The theme of this time and the transformation we are moving through is to embrace the yin, the archetypal feminine within each of us, to smooth down the yang aspects, the archetypal masculine, within each of us and let these two aspects dance with each other, rather than against each other. To do this, music can support a lot. 

Listen, get inspired, embrace yin and yang - and dance to the soundtrack of transformation or just laying down and receive. Balance the relationship of yin and yang in each of us, and therefore also collectively - that is the medicine.

Therefore I did choose yin and yang elements for this medicinal mix. Yang beats of our beloved electronic dance music as the supportive layer through the journey, the space-holder. But slowed down to an almost yin like quality to feel more and feel deeper. Almost all songs include singers, telling us about places of healing, community and the true spirit of the human race. 
Both singing and beats go along with each other interwoven into this journey.

It all is conserved, composed and mixed electronically. Electronics are made of minerals. So this is mineral medicine. Frequencies transmitted through minerals influenced by the intention of the artist, interpreted by you as a listener and receiver. May you receive this well and may it support you on your very own journey of balancing yin and yang.
