RASPO and guests take you from lockdown to a light at the end of the tunnel with the words of Bill Withers.

This video is a homage to the late great American songwriter Bill Withers with a medley of his famous songs performed by Reading All Steel Percussion Orchestra (RASPO), The Reading Reggae Collective with guest artistes reggae singer songwriter Jnr Watson, guitarist Derick Andrews, L2R's Jajii on keyboards and rapper Jamah, vocalist Daniel, from the Reading Reggae Collective singers Kisha, Yvonne and Lea Kidd who makes her solo artiste debut, and introducing Lovely Day vocalist Augusto.

For this CultureMix Arts production the musical arrangement is by Grammy award winning producer and bass player Don Chandler.

This is my 8-part choral setting of the Nunc Dimittis (Lord, now let your servant depart in peace), in the high-lonesome style of Appalachian singing.
