This is a straight remake of a piece from the Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood soundtrack by Akira Senju. I wanted to get a close to the original piece as possible using samples only. I remade this from scratch by ear so some notes may be wrong or slightly different - there also may be minor changes due to sample limitations. The string runs also sound awful. If anyone can recommend a decent string run library (other than OSR) or a technique with multisamples I'd appreciate it :)

The Youtube video shows FL Studio playing back the piece for anyone who's interested - the timing is a little off but it's too late to fix that and I want to be done with this piece.

Calm1 from Minecraft orchestated. It's quite a calming piece so woodwinds were used with softer strings to keep the feel of the piece while adding a LOT of orchestral colours and elements.

Minecraft Calm1 Orchestrated

My interpretation of the title theme from Terraria. I love the mix of synth and orchestra on the soundtrack and I'm not sure I could give most of the tracks justice - they sound perfect how they are. The title is a piece that I thought would give me some good practice in orchestration so I tried to try give it my own spin. It's more orchestra than the original but hopefully this doesn't kill its character.

Terraria - Title Theme Orchestra

An orchestrated version of the Subwoofer Lullaby track from the Minecraft Soundtrack by C418. I like how peaceful this piece is and wanted to do something a little less epic after my recent pieces.

An arrangement of Bratja from the original Fullmetal Alchemist series. I really, really like the Brotherhood soundtrack - it's one of my all time favourites - but I think Bratja from the original is almost as good. I reorchestrated this from scratch to practice with some things and test others and hopefully kept the feel of the original while adding a little of my own style.

I'd probably want to record this with a real orchestra at some point... maybe next year.

This mix is significantly better than the early versions.... It is fun to compare.
