BLUE ORCHIDS No Ghosts No Answers

The first tune written for The 101'ers, famous as Joe Strummer's pre-Clash band, this song was discarded when Tymon left the band to travel the world.  This is a live solo version from 1980, recorded by Merrill Aldighieri at Hurrah in New York City, around the time that Tymon recorded "Lose This Skin" for The Clash's Sandinista! album.

This song is taken from the forthcoming deluxe edition of Tymon's 1982 album, Battle Of Wills, which will be augmented with six rare studio and seven live tracks.  Released by Tiny Global Productions in 2023.

"Sauntry Sly Chic" is the new single from LA Synth Pop originators Grey Factor, it is the first newly recorded music from the band since 1980. “Sauntry Sly Chic”, is a cover originally recorded by Campag Velocet a band few remember but Grey Factor never forgot, “This track had one of the most infectious grooves we had ever heard, and we loved the lead singer’s live getup, a cycling helmet and fencing gear. It was perfect”. No guitars were used in the making of this record!
