GENESIA is inspired by the word “genesis”, symbolizing creation, the beginning and the intrinsic force of nature. The album's cover, depicting a lush, vegetation-rich floating island, a timeless space where art and nature meet.
GENESIA brings together 26 international artists from countries such as Germany, France, Venezuela, Sweden, Argentina, Hungary, Canada and England. Each brings his or her own unique contribution, making this an eclectic compilation.

The project highlights the local Montreal scene, with several local artists taking part, confirming Phosphate Records' commitment to supporting and promoting Montreal's musical richness on an international scale.

KIPRONNO Bio


Kipronno is a new musical project that focuses on movement oriented but also storytelling techno music. With a fair amount of experience in the music field, he aims to combine his understanding with new technology that comes along the way. Kipronno aka Kipras developed a fascination with music at a young age, becoming a resident DJ at his local club when he was just a teenager. Continuing his music journey, he moved to London where he finished a Music Production and Technology course and performed in multiple clubs and bars such as Shelter, Egg, Traffic and Ministry of Sound under a project called Empathy Slow. Later Kipras moved up north to study at Edge Hill University where he completed a Media, Music and Sound degree. This provided him with a broader musical exploration and taught him more about synthesis and live performance. While living in the north of England, Kipras occasionally DJ’ed in local clubs and on radio shows. Since returning to Lithuania, he has played in Yaga Gathering festival, private events and in Haxan Club where he performed as Kipronno officially for the first time.

He is very excited to shift his focus to the genre that speaks to him the most and present his Debut EP “Voyager” including six original tracks that tell us a story of a journey with a bumpy ride and the will to reach your destination.

KTRSX is Parisian techno producer whose pure and analog sound material is made from modular synthesis, thrifted samples and dark, melodic sequences. I'm thrilled to introduce CALZO FM, an up-and-coming Glasgow-based DJ and producer whose journey into the electronic music scene has been nothing short of dynamic. Producing since 2022, CALZO's passion truly took off with the release of his EP Motor City Movement in 2023, an EP I’m a huge fan of and one I’d definitely recommend checking out.

CALZO blends Funk, UKG, Lo-fi, and House into a soulful, bass-heavy style. Using analog synth textures, layered drums, and resampled vocals, he crafts immersive soundscapes that are both deep and original. Despite his recent debut, he’s already earned three BBC Radio 1 features and support from DJs like DJ Love, with releases on Manana Electronic, MOTZ, Polish Techno.logy, and Solstice, signaling a bright future in dance music.

I’d describe CALZO with one word: underrated. His productions are truly unique and transcend genres, you can find techno, garage and much more when diving into his track catalog. While I enjoy all the mixes in this series, this one is definitely a standout. It embodies a duality, packed with summer anthems and gritty basslines that showcase his distinct musical character. Listening to it, I couldn't help but smile, feel uplifted and totally energized.

Keep an eye out for CALZO FM, he’s only just getting started and his talent is bound to make waves.
