ΒΙΟ
Moreik @moreik has been active in the music scene since the mid-80s, initially influenced by Synthpop, Italo Disco, New Wave, and Dark Wave. In the early '90s, he came into contact with the emerging electronic dance music movement (EBM, EuroBeat, Rave). Since 1993, he has been pursuing his professional career as a DJ under the alias Loop or Lupo.

Over the years, he developed his personal style in iconic clubs in Madrid, such as Bali Hai, Bocaccio, and Arena, collaborating with international artists. He created and developed the Open Club and The Bocaccio Club, while also participating in major events like the Benicàssim Festival and the Teddy Smith Party tour across various Spanish cities. He has also been involved in underground raves and after parties.

With more than 30 years in the active music scene, his sets combine long mixes, heavy basslines, and innovative sounds, while he has developed his unique style, playing everything from Nu Wave and Gothic Rock to Techno and Space Disco. Under the alias Arbatel, he explores more intense, mechanical sounds with EBM and Dark Disco.

From 1993 to the present, he continues to search for new sounds and innovate in the world of electronic music, remaining one of the most active and prominent DJs in Spain.

Hello friends!

BIO
While learning classical piano as a teenager, Manichino @manichino discovered the first rave and techno sounds in the late 80s and early 90s. New Beat and Belgian techno instantly fascinated him.
Growing up, he enjoyed recording mixtapes and composing tracks secretly in his room, and abandoned the piano for synthesizers.

Later in 2022 he started playing as a DJ in small Parisian bars, and sharing some mixes and podcasts, driven by a need to share his musical influences by promoting these New Wave, New Beat, Techno, Italo and Electroclash movements that continue to exist and influence many artists today.

As a musician, he has been focusing on composing music for a few months now, with the deep desire to share his musical heritage. To be continued...
