THE DREAM
It is 1992, and a 15-year-old raver boy steps into a massive warehouse rave in Helsinki. The 100-meter-long, 14-meter-high cement box is a blank canvas for the imagination of the boy who would become the embodiment of Peace, Love, Unity, and Respect. A wild dream is born...
Three decades later, the circle will be completed in what will be Orkidea’s biggest-ever solo show. An all-night set filled with timeless music of the past and the future, elevated by an awe-inspiring visual spectacle.

THE VENUE
The Cable Factory has become the iconic space for the biggest raves in Finland. Events like Laserpoint, Labyrinth, Koneisto, Proteus Final Show, and others have each become a part of clubbing history, inspiring new generations to reach new heights. On the 24th of February 2024, we will yet again set the bar high as we prepare for an unforgettable and unifying experience.

TOGETHER
After their highly acclaimed festival in the summer of 2023, this will be the second U Nation event. Joining forces with clubbing missionaries Misc and Superstition, they are excited to stage a multigenerational gathering for all lovers of loud music, dark spaces, flashing lights, smoke, and strobe.
Join the creation of another highlight in Orkidea’s life in music. Showcasing to all young raver kids out there that if you can dream it, you can achieve it.

My current DJ setup:
I'm using Novation Launch Control XL and Roland TR-8 to control 14 channels in Ableton. Two main channels are for the finished tracks you see in the tracklist, one channel is for my kick+bass loops which I like to add here and there to make it more interesting, four are for different types of percussion loops, two for snare and hihat which are controlled from the TR-8 sequencer and the rest are extra sounds like cymbal noises and snare rolls to use mostly during transitions.
