Reminder that 1st Place Prize will receive a day of RAVE.DJ Mashups. It could be Brody Foxx for all I know. Point is, That Rave.dj tagline isn't going away anytime soon, no matter how much you want it out of the Tournament. While there's no more Rave.dj Mashups here, The Prize the first place winner gets is still set in stone. Keep that in mind whenever this Tournament is Discussed. Though, I think it's still pretty awesome no matter how you look at it.

rave week boss stuff

You sit down in a nighttime field, playing with the grass between your fingertips, but something VERY big is on your mind. So yeah, you're finally here. It's weird, like, REALLY weird. In spite of the calm night breeze surrounding you, your inside is nothing but chaos and excitement stirring inside you, or is it? This has been such a long time coming, but you can't really tell how you feel about it. A lot of you is happy it's finally over, ready to dash into the future's light without taking a glance back. But, as much as you won't say it out-loud, part of you misses being as wide-eyed and naive as you were as you went into this, just looking for some fun. It still feels weird that people say how much charm the old you had, considering your once cold reception...
 
On the way you've made a few.. no, couple.. wait, dozen.. Honestly, yeah, you've made a lot of decisions you really regret, wish you did better when you could. You still can't live a good few of those down, too a point that a lot of people would say is a bit too obsessive for what you really are. It's okay though, you'll always give yourself praise for your ability to be self sufficient, rising from an era of mockery to daresay one of the icons of the place you call home. Some of this place's best are right here, eager and willing to support you fully.  
 
You lay down on the ground, locking eyes with the moon. Can it be argued you cheated a bit to get here, yeah, totally (especially with all those similar to you that fell when they were going all-out on effort from the start). Did you stick the landing on the way here, obviously not (you still joke to yourself about how technical issues are almost synonymous with your name). But, you did it, you somehow fucking did it. You're here, and you damn well have the praise to boot. You think about everyone on the path here, former detractors, those who once helped you (god, you can't begin on how thankful you are), the (in your personal opinion) all-star cast you have ready to help you now. It still doesn't feel real that some of the most famous people here helped you so much back in your early years.  
 
You stand up at once, you don't know how or why you feel it, but you know it's about finally time. You'd end it off with a "Stay Funny!", as per tradition, but you just don't feel it anymore. It's been so long that you aren't really at impersonation status anymore, you're yourself now, fully and truly. You think about all the developments that occurred as you went on, how all your peers, your inspirations, are ready to see you take a starlit stage for all to see. As some of your most peers are ready to show their best. And most notably, your own biggest inspiration, and this place's arguable founder, is coming back to show your home at it's absolute peak. It fills you with a sense of determination. 
 
You're too proud of what you have to show to care about your odds in comparison at this point, as much as you'd welcome potential friendly competition. Once again, you're yourself, anyways. 
 
It doesn't matter what happens next. You're aiming for the stars, kid, and you're sure as all hell to stick the landing on the way down.

Vampire hunting is still a decent and well-reformed job, but personally that didn't quite do the cut for me. Hello everyone. This is most likely the most important announcement we will make in the history of this tournament. First off, I just want to say how grateful I am at all the support this tournament is getting. While 150 followers isn't crazy, to me it really means a lot. The support that this tournament has received has definitely been a factor into making this following announcement. Basically, in the beginning, this tournament was made as a huge joke. One day, I was browsing the Art Zone of the Mashup Week Discord server. In this channel, I found the funni "RAVE WEEK" logo that DiamondBrickZ did. I decided to take this to another level, and I made a tournament based off this logo's existence. 

But, I was wrong. Overtime I began to get more and more invested into this tournament. Quality art was coming left and right, and people were even sending in amazing Victory themes. Everyone was helping out this little "joke" tournament. I have slowly started to realize that this tournament isn't a joke. The one thing that really makes this tournament a joke is...you guessed it...Rave.dj.

Me and the Funny Men have made a final decision regarding this.

Starting Week 19 (June 15th, and the first day of Losers bracket) RAVE.DJ TRACKS WILL NO LONGER BE UPLOADED

Due to this drastic change. Every single Rave track on the spread sheet will be wiped on June 15th. We are losing dozens of tracks by doing this, so we are asking for your help. If you have any experience in making Non-Rave Mashups, we'd very much appreciate if you submitted a mashup (for any character really.) Our bar for submitting will be admittedly low at the moment, but if more people submit, the bar might be raised a bit. At this time, the sheet still displays the Rave.DJ mashes, but just ignore it for now.

Having solved all the puzzles back home, he's moved onto solving his way through the tournament. With his expertise in puzzles, and general ability to break the 4th wall, will he make it so RAVE IS WIN?

Giovanni steps up to the podium.

"Not many knew Yoda well. He was an odd one, but he was still a kind soul. Although he was addicted to drugs, and other vile substances, he held his head high, and fought hard. The only one he truly got along with, was the odd creature called Baba."

Baba (Distant): "FUCK YOU"

"... As I was saying, Baba was the only one Yoda got along with. While he didn't have the most liked songs, he fought hard to get 11th. I'm not sure how many will miss him, or why he's dead, but it's unfortunate nonetheless. Rest well, you weird creature."

Nobody was there, except for Gooseworx, who applauded Giovanni's speech. After a while, Giovanni started to walk away, into a field of lavenders.

Something..awful has happened!!!! Lego Yoda has been murdered in cold blood! His body discovered inn the streets above Rave Hell. But..why? What's the motive? Who would do this? It seems like these questions will be answered by....

11th Place - Lego Yoda. You did pretty good but again...what happened? (Average Percentage - 37.5%)

Round 1 - Absolutely destroyed by Ned Flanders. Sent to losers.(76.5% - 23.5%)

Losers Round 1 - Defeats Slime by a single vote, causing many to regret their decision and overall being a very controversial outcome. (51.1% - 48.9%)

Losers Round 2 - Spawny beats Lego Yoda by a fair amount, eliminating Yoda completely. (62.1% - 37.9%)
