SOFT GUNGE RECORDS PRESENTS....Jonny Orange Juice's latest band, NEGATIVE OUTLOOK. 

Jonny Orange Juice (aka JO J), better known for playing bass in The Milk Shakey Shakies and originally from Washington DC, started out as a falafel vendor in the early eighties DC hardcore punk scene. He met The Milk Shakey Shakies in 1993 during their infamous US tour after original bassist Julie Oat Milk injured her hand in a vending machine accident. 

He filled in for Oat Milk for the last two shows before emigrating to the UK to continue making music with The Milk Shakey Shakies. 

Following many years of success with The Milk Shakey Shakies, culminating in the hugely successful Ravi Gunslinger collaboration, "Discgraced Department Heads", JO J has decided to go back to his early hardcore roots.

This self-titled EP explores JO J's fascination with nausea and trucks. "I've always had a deep interest in nausea, even as a child" quips JO J. He continued, "I've meticulously recorded each time I've experienced nausea since 1993 in an excel spreadsheet, and I've recently been thinking about moving this data to a cloud based solution".
