EPIC Radio 009 - Pryda Friends Special with Jeremy Olander & Fehrplay

Happy end of the world everyone!  To celebrate this (and day 21 of our advent calendar) today I'm showing you a window into the past.  This set is a 1 hour live PA set I did for Cloud Nine Mix Sessions in December 2005 - seven years ago.  

The set consists entirely of my own musical elements, mished together on the fly in Ableton Live with me tweaking Filters/FX and playing in melodies.  No track listing as none of the tracks have names, however some of the elements in this set did end up in some of my later releases.  It'll always bring back memories for me, as it's a bit of a classic between some of my friends and I, so I'm pleased to be sharing it with you today :)

On February 2nd, dance music titan Eric Prydz returned to the hallowed BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix decks, taking control of the airwaves for two hours of forward-thinking electronic music. This marked Prydz’ return to the Essential Mix show for the first time since late 2011, when it was recorded live from his set at Creamfields. The reaction to the show on Saturday was so big that it got the Essential Mix trending on Twitter on both sides of the Atlantic while it was being aired.
