Ablekid aka Daniel Moore is a veteran DJ/producer from the Orlando underground now living in South Florida. His journey into dance music was as fortuitous as it was inevitable with his introduction to dance music began in the late 80's and early 90's with legendary Central Florida clubs like Aahz and Marz. After picking up a set of decks in 2000, he started buying vinyl by the crate-load. While honing his skills he began an internet radio show at the Drop Shop in Orlando with fellow DJ, Bert Simmons, and a small following developed.



Fast-forward to a move to the musical hotbed of Austin, Texas in 2009, the Ablekid moniker had seen success in various forms. Now signed to Praveen Achary’s Juicebox Music imprint, along with older releases on Christian Lang’s Kindred Recordings (Paris) and Rapid Fire Records (Miami), Daniel has also fostered many relationships in the community by becoming part of the esteemed Release Promo roster more than a decade ago.



In 2018 he was tapped to be FRISKY Radio's "Artist of the Week" and afterward was offered his own slot on the esteemed site where his show, Waveforms, has enjoyed almost 6 years of success. His continued success in the US underground is a combination of effective crate digging, silky smooth DJ skills and just the right amount of grit and determination. His mixes and productions are the result of all this hard work and show a depth of knowledge and attention to detail.



2024 will see new music released after a long break from production, and some of the scene's freshest underground talent as guests on his Frisky show, stay tuned.

BrokenHearted proudly presents the third installment of its acclaimed Antologia series. With Antologia III, the label continues its tradition of giving each artist and track the space to shine, highlighting the distinctive voices that define BrokenHearteds sound. This edition features label boss Eleven Of July, the rising Egyptian talent Kikkx, the returning Greek duo O-Band, and the Spanish duo 2Qimic. Since its inception, BrokenHearted has been a forward-thinking platform for techno and progressive house, and this third chapter cements its commitment to quality, innovation, and immersive electronic music journeys. The release opens with Eleven Of Julys Cuore Analogico (Analog Heart). Anchoring the compilation, the label boss delivers a high-energy, dance floor-ready track that showcases his more club-oriented side. Following his incredible debut on Steyoyoke with History, Eleven Of July layers hypnotic Moog textures, driving rhythms, and compelling vocal elements to create a track that is both a DJ essential and a progressive techno experience in its own right. With relentless energy and meticulous sound design, Cuore Analogico immediately sets the tone for the journey ahead. Next, Egyptian newcomer Kikkx makes his label debut with Luminary. A straightforward, no-compromise floor-filler, the track blends futuristic sound design with otherworldly vocals and massive sonic textures. Kikkx demonstrates remarkable production skill and vision, delivering a track that hits hard yet maintains elegance, a confident statement from a promising new artist bridging progressive and melodic house/techno. O-Band returns with Shades of Grey, guiding the compilation into deeper melodic techno territory. The Greek duo have a rich history with BrokenHearted, with their Mind Trap EP supported by Paul Van Dyk, Tjerk, Priya among many others. On this track, O-Band balances delicate melodic motifs with driving rhythms, weaving elegance and potency into a refined, sophisticated journey. Shades of Grey demonstrates the duos ability to craft music that resonates both on the dance floor and in personal listening moments. Closing the release is Spains 2Qimic with Lost and Found. Known to the label for their Empusa EP, which received support from Joris Voorn, Giuseppe Ottaviani, Nihil Young, Paul Van Dyk, Lonya, Paco Osuna, 2Qimic deliver a dramatic, emotive track featuring an extraordinary cinematic vocal. With melancholic melodies and dynamic progression, Lost and Found combines energy and emotion, capable of moving dance floors and listeners alike. Its layered textures, emotional depth, and striking vocal performance make it a fitting finale for Antologia III, reflecting both the duos artistry and BrokenHearteds vision. From its beginnings as a platform for progressive house and techno to its current role in melodic techno, BrokenHearted has always championed music that blends innovation with emotion. Songwriter, composer, performer, Phil Swain started his musical adventures in 2013. Diversity in his music, depth in his lyrics characterise his style. A subtle blend of funk, jazz, house and groove afford the listener and the spectator a very special experience...
From his very beginnings in music as backing vocalist and drummer in a choir, his project was to create tracks composed only with percussions. But the idea soon evolved. Adding a melodic voice and chords were the starting point of a long series of eclectic compositions. His voice gained in subtlety and his style was enriched with various influences – 70s English pop, jazz, funk and reggae from the 80s, 90s electro, Drum’n’Bass, House and African music. To enrich his compositions, Phil collaborates with musicians coming from various horizons. He describes his style as electro pop, and has created his own electro biotope, influenced by funk, reggae, jazz and Latino music – a universe very much his own. 
He performs very frequently in Costa Rica, where he takes a big part of his inspiration. The incredible lushness of nature there allows him to recreate an atmosphere of universal horizons. 
In May 2017, he released his debut album, Evolution on the Move, with 11 tracks, distributed on digital platforms. We discover diversity in the musical style and depth in the texts... This album has the lush atmosphere of the vegetation that envelops the recording studio in which he works during his stays – as well the blue shades of hope that dwells in his lyrics, directed towards peace and harmony through self-change. 
The Buddhist philosophical influence in his texts give depth to his world. The meeting of nature and keyboards produces a wonderfully groovy ecological electronic music. 
Fluids of positive energy also emerge from lyrics that call for refusing the fury of the present world and enjoying the present moment. Each track reminds us of the urgency to respect our good old planet and the earthlings that populate it, sung in a very warm voice...
