"I'm Søren HB, a 24 year old producer and DJ currently living in Berlin.
My journey in electronic music started with Drum and Bass then quickly shifted into techno and house music. After dj'ing different styles of both genres i turned my main attention on hard and fast techno above 140 bpm and also began producing music myself. I started to love the modern trance, rave and also EBM influences that define the fast styles of techno - so thats exactly the sound to expect in my sets!"

In this new installment of the ABSCAST mix series we present Chimachine, one of our core artists and a Cuba's Techno Scene regular. With just a few years active as a DJ he has great support among the artists and ravers thanks to his well curated and dance-floor focused sets. 

Raw, muscular and hypnotic sounds that plays with textures and acid lines could describe the character of his sessions. Tons of influence from the 90s and 2000s and a great programming as well as a killer selection, smoother at times and more harder other times, are the elements that truly characterize him at his sets. Also great tracks released previously on the label and many more to come makes this Cuban asset a real diamond of the local scene.

Dimitar Georgiev is one of the biggest techno exports of the Bulgarian Techno scene from the last few years. His musical worldview goes beyond any styles and genres, which helps his productions making their way to the biggest club and festival stages around the world, supported by wide variety of names like Dax J, Ben Klock, DVS1, Rebekah and more. Dimitar is part of the Bulgarian Stamina crew, which is responsible for some of the highest quality events in Sofia recently, and also takes part of a project that helps young artists from the local scene in developing their production skills. Here is an hour of his set recorded live from Balkan Station festival this summer.
