It is a huge pleasure to have Electric Indigo play for our 31st edition of Aria Series. The Austrian DJ, composer and founder of the inclusivity initiative female: pressure is one the most influential European Techno artists acting as a true icon in our scene. Her inspiring career began in Vienna in 1989. Nowadays, having played in 45 countries across Europe, Asia and the Americas, she is internationally known for her multichannel experimental live sets and energetic mixes. Being a regular guest at Berghain, she recently performed at their re-opening night in October. In 2018, ARIA had the honour to host Electric Indigo at our 12-hours takeover at The Cause, London.

The Parisian pioneer has been honing his craft since the end of the 90s. As a maniac records collector, vinyl only DJ and enthusiast of Techno and House – his DJ sets and tracks combine the raw, dark and deep elements of these musical forms with a firm nod in the direction of Detroit. Fascinated by techno and coldness of electronic music, Benales released some EP’s and remixes on Sino (label formed by Technasia). Those releases on Sino “Elements part 1 & part 2” that have taken his career to a new level and made him internationally visible. Several releases during the years on labels like Suburban Avenue, Analog Solutions, Knotweed, Diffuse Reality, Key Vinyl and many more to follow.

Hüseyin is a composer, producer and DJ. He is one half of Cassegrain as well and working on his own solo material as Magna Pia since 2016.
He studied composition, piano and electronic music at the University of Istanbul and Mozarteum Salzburg. He has composed music for theatre, dance performances and mixed media for almost two decades. After meeting Alex Tsiridis at the Red Bull Music Academy in 2008, they formed the techno duo “Cassegrain”. Since their first release on Mikrowave in 2010, they have worked with a variety of labels such as infrastructure NY, Prologue, Killekill, Ostgut Ton, Counterchange and Semantica. In 2016 they formed their own imprint called “Arcing Seas”, which is now home to both collaborative work as Cassegrain, solo projects as well as guest artists. 2017 was a super year for Cassegrain that saw the duo tour around the northern hemisphere from Detroit to Tokyo to perform their live and DJ shows.
As Magna Pia, Hüseyin focuses on providing combative dance floor trips and unorthodox sonic moods with subtle 90s techno references while he keeps his interest in combining contemporary techno music with archaic symbolism.

Pär’s recent output has seen him contribute music to labels such as Semantica, Leyla, and Weekend Circuit. Pär continues to serve as one of the most exciting and hardworking contributors to the scene. Every inch of Pär’s work, including labels, artwork, release info and music, is wrapped with heart and emotion, a quality which keeps the sparkle and curiosity alive within the ever-changing adaptations of the artistic world.

DJ and producer based in Barcelona. After being entrenched within Techno for over 15 years, his sessions are well-refined and his style is a very personal journey full of influential artists such as Regis, Rumenige, Dave Clarke, Oscar Mulero, Christian Wünsch, Exium and Polar Inertia.
Cyklos is darkness. His sounds are deep and atmospheric and are underlined by kick drums and hi-hats in their purest energetic form. A good mix of classic and contemporary, old and new, reality and hypnosis.

For the last 6 years Javi has been hard-working on his studio ‘Bunker’ letting him to release in labels like Concerns Music, Analog Section, BAHN· Records, Hardtools Records, Subsist, Labrynth, Sintetics, UTCH Records...
He is also founder of the project called 'Bunker Sets' which is focused on presenting established and emerging artists in an audiovisual format so far including some of the best local and national artists such as Javi Lago, Massa, Kalter Ende, Røtter, Lowsystem, Anika Kunst, Sarf, Korben Nice or Pina, to name a few.

In early 2016 created Cyktter alongside Røtter. This project saw the light at the end of the year with a throw of four tracks released on Concerns Music, Kalter Ende’s label.

Active member of BAHN· Collective since the early 2019 when he also started his modular live project with Spear, called Strain. They make their debut as Strain on July in BAHN· at The Loft (Razzmatazz) alongside Peter Van Hoesen and Wata Igarashi. But the year also ended in the best way possible making his solo debut as Cyklos at the legendary KHIDI in Tbilisi (Georgia) with the BAHN· crew.  2020 started with a new project of the Collective, the newborn label BAHN· Records.

Pär’s recent output has seen him contribute music to labels such as Semantica, Marbacka, Sinister and Dystopian.

Founded in 2002, Stockholm LTD began as an outlet for singles and EPs from Swedish artists with a focus on releasing timeless electronic music. It has since developed into a hallmark for finely crafted electronic music from a range of international artists.

Over the past two decades Pär’s involvement with the electronic music community has branched out across the globe. Openly passionate about supporting underground talent, Pär works closely with an ever-expanding repertoire of labels and artists.

As a DJ Pär tours the world, transporting his deft and uniquely dynamic DJ sets to techno fans internationally and on a weekly basis. His worldwide popularity as a performer stems not only from his skill and versatility but also as a result of the energy he puts into every performance. It's this combination that enables him to bring the heat to the best clubs in the world.

Pär continues to serve as one of the most exciting and hardworking contributors to the scene.
