Next up on the Fast Forward Audio Series, we present: LISAS

  LISAS is a DJ emerging from the New York techno scene whose expertise spans a multitude of roles. From working as a sound engineer in recording studios alongside artists such as David Byrne, Floating Points, Oneohtrix Point Never,  to performing and touring in the band The Rapture, and producing music for the Ayama NYFW SS24 fashion show; all while repairing vintage analog synthesizers and outboard gear, or managing production for raves and large scale events-the many layers of her journey are as diverse as they are captivating. 

Her foray into DJing - an evolution grounded in her extensive knowledge and boundless curiosity of sound, has become the focal point of her current ascent, where she’s known to unleash an array of strikingly distinct selections that propel her audience on a riotous and feverish ride.
In her own words, her blend of “post-apocalyptic arpeggiators and mermaid synthesis” fuses groovy techno with sizzling bursts of electro, driving trance, heady IDM, glossy breaks, and anthemic rave weapons draped in lush emotive synth-scapes. Her colorful and dynamic style has earned her two coveted residencies, at Le Bain in New York City & in the Brooklyn-born Agape Music collective, along with gigs across top clubs and notorious underground parties in the United States and Europe.

About the mix:
Recorded in my studio in Brooklyn, it's a goodbye letter to a summer in New York that ripped <3 A combination of tracks that I have recently discovered, been playing out and been listening to.

DJ Jace - Hailing from Kitchener Canada. Jace co-owns Fine Grind Audio, one of Canada's top underground techno labels. Aside from releasing on his own label, Jace is a part of Dj 3000's Detroit collective Motech records, Greg Gow's Toronto based label Restructured, and Chicago label Deep Hype Sounds. His releases have garnered support from the likes of Dave Clarke, Laurent Garnier, Kevin Saunderson, Joseph Capriati, Stacey Pullen, Cristian Varela, Gene Farris, Sam Devine, Nadja Lind, Hanne &amp; Lore, Oliver Shories, Nick Holder and Gregor Tresher to name a few. On the dj side, Jace has had the opportunity to play across North America and Europe and play on countless radioshows and podcast. Some place's Jace has played include, Miami (WMC parties), Las Vegas, British Columbia, Orlando, Detroit (Movement afterparties), Amsterdam (ADE), Zurich, Brussels and Nice. When not playing abroad, Jace plays regularly on the circuit in his hometown of Kitchener and Toronto as well.

Born & raised in Athens, producer & Dj Jerm is a key player of the Greek Techno scene and Co-founder of Analogue records & CoMA Athens events. His sets, driven from his perspective as a raver, are always focused on delivering raw energy to the dance floor, that led him through the years to his residencies at clubs like Temple Athens, Astron Bar & Six Dogs, as well as his guest appearances at Tresor Berlin & Rote Sonne (Munich). 
As a producer, his sound leans towards the harder side of the 909 spectrum, with direct and unrelenting Techno, moving from hard edged industrial sounds, to jacked up 90s flavoured elements. His releases on Soma, Analogue, Blue Hour and HEX reflect the same thundering aesthetic Jerm channels from the DJ booth.
