Times coming up, It's getting late
I thought it was early
There's never enough time, what was the crime?
A little paint and grime?
All the same, I'll prime my punishment

I start to lament, I'm bent out of shape
I'd like to vent and close the drapes
Hiding in your cape, keeping yourself in the dark
Come and confess, even larks sing at night
So don't worry, keep being bright
focus on moving forward, keeping your goals in sight.
