TRMNL 005 - Yaya // Para Siempre EP.‍

Tamango Records boss Yaya heads to TRMNL Records as he unveils his latest EP on the imprint, backed by remixes from Salty Nuts head honcho Fabe and label resident Vito.‍

Title track ‘Para Siempre’ is a skippy and bouncy lead effort as crisp drums, a zippy bassline, and warped vocals go to work to showcase a production bursting full of vigour, while ‘Umbrella Corps’ leans towards more organic, rolling percussion arrangements, shuffling rhythms and elastic melodies guide things towards the later hours. ‍

On the flip, Fabe steps up for the first remix as he brings his signature groove-led style to proceedings for a swing-fuelled slice of funk, before VITO's crisp take on ‘Umbrella Corps’ closes the show with a final injection of early hours goodness.

'elrow music 2053' is the new release of the label, a treasure trove of six meticulously crafted tracks, all bearing the signature of industry's most gifted and promising producers. The journey commences with Richard ULH's 'Like Like,' a dynamic composition featuring a weighty bassline, infectious groovy vocal slices, and tantalizing acid stabs. Colombian sensation Sebastian Xottelo ignites dancefloors with 'I Like this Party,' delivering an unwavering groove. Tommier Joyson's 'Calypso' boasts an unrelenting groove, hypnotic percussions, and finely-woven vocal sampling. Manu Gonzalez imparts a Balearic touch with 'Mala Fe', an exhilarating odyssey enriched with Spanish vocals. Nicolas Caprile, winner of the elrow Up&Coming 2023, collaborates with Natan Ant to create 'Rowgelia's House', a tribal-infused masterpiece adorned with piano keys and soulful vocals. Last but certainly not least, Florentia, also winner of elrow Up&Coming but 2022 edition, makes a remarkable label debut with 'Can't Stop Me', a robust deep-tech house composition finely adorned with compelling vocal elements.
