Ray Lugar is a dynamic artist that has been strongly impacted by all forms of music culture.  Growing up in the 90's Golden Age of hip hop, ray who's mother was an african american historian/radio personality, pushed his creativity over the years.  In 1994, along with partners Stevie"Stay Hi" Loney and David "BI" Kelly formed the legendary Baltimore rap crew 50,000 Headz.  Over the years ray has worked with artists such as Ghost Face Killah, Cappadonna, Ruff Endz,Youngbleed,Sporty Thieves, Jack Knight to name a few.  He has amassed a catalog of albums,mix tapes, and songs over the years, and is poised to take the world by storm.  Currently ray is one of the founding members of The Collective Force Band.
