Sonic Radiance! 

This is my take on what a PS1 Sonic game soundtrack might’ve sounded like if composed by a UK producer in the 90s (based around demo works from JP composers, i.e. Riko here). A weird hypothetical, yes, but it sparked creativity that's stuck with me for the past year.

This is the Main Menu theme, the first theme you hear after exiting the title screen. I pictured Sonic and Tails' 3D models dancing at a club whilst making this, with the intent of giving the game a slightly more mature feel, but not an over the top one. The PS1 to me has always felt like a step away from the "games are just for kids" mindset, so I could imagine SEGA leaning into that.
