Ms Sparks was a child singer but officially branded herself an artist in her late teens thus giving birth to a new style of gospel music.

The Iconic maetro born and bred in Benin city believes "Good gospel music doesn’t just give you good vibes but it edifies your Spirit" this is why she thought to share her gift and new understanding of the craft with the world, charity begins at home so in 2015 Ray held a concert titled “Ray’thm and it was a sight to behold and a host of others performers were in attendance.

She then released her first single - Holy Spirit which captivated the hearts of anyone who heard it, then in 2023, she released 'I Have Seen produced by Efe Mac Roc one of the best you’ll ever come across. Raychelle Sparks won the Edo music festival in 2021 and was nominated for the best female artiste 2023.

Her music has gained recognition off the shores of our country, with airplay in the United States.
The stage name was no coincidence as the singer artfully coined this together, Raychelle being a funkified spelling of Rachael and Sparks, borne of where the Bible says we are the light of the world so she plans to bring light everywhere.
