Rayhan Sudrajat is an Indonesian ethnomusicologist and composer also known as Baséput. His research focused on Kalimantan death rituals from the musical perspective. Baséput is his electronic music project, whose concept is to link between the voices and instruments of the indigenous people and the modular synthesizer to create a new form of experience in the modular world.

This was uploaded today as a tribute to Walter Becker, the other half of Steely Dan, who passed away on Sept. 3, 2017. We recorded this at some sessions back in September 2012 after recording our original materials. "Show Biz Kids" was written by Donald Fagen and Walter Becker, and can be found on Steely Dan's second album Countdown to Ecstasy (1973).

Something sparkling, celestial with full harmony and bass parts - you wouldn't believe it. It's like a sweeping chorus of heaven, and it's just slowed down, they didn't manipulate the tape at all. So I think when Wilson slows people down, it gives you a chance to watch them moving through space. And there's something to be said for slowing down the world."
