Philadelphia Under Attack

Hello and welcome to the remix of the title theme from Retro Game Audio.  My name is STEVE.  And this is OPM! 

The original theme to RGA was from my album LISTENCORE VOL I and was done in 2a03+VRC6.  Being that RGA is in its 3rd season now, I felt it might be time to "update" the theme to some of the newer chips we've discovered during the RGA journey.  This version was composed in Deflemask and recorded directly from hardware (Panasonic FS-A1WSX using vgm_play by grauw off SFG-05 OPM module).

Intermission (Theme from Retro Game Audio) ~OPM VERSION~

Another track from my upcoming album Return to Aloha (which is shaping up to be absolutely massive!) I tried the melody from an unused track from Roadtrips (called Kill Switch) during the chorus of this... I might end up sticking with the original melody, but I quite like it this way, too.

Return to Aloha tells two separate stories. One is about Capel, the space-monster doctor who has been the protagonist of these albums thus far. She's investigating connections between the clone force that created her, and space dragons, but she might be getting too close to the truth. When Oritz Frontier Enterprises comes sniffing around, will she be forced to kill again?
The second story is about a human named K. K is on the run from unknown captors, tearing across a planet they don't know the name of, in a car they don't remember getting. They don't even remember their name, and more memories disappear by the day, as their body transforms into some sort of horrible monster at roughly the same rate. Can K remember home in time to get there? Will anyone recognize K when they get there? Or will K simply be killed by those unknown captors?
