Heres a reharmonization / remix of the song Countdown by Phoenix from their fourth album Wolfgang Amadeus.

I was going for a more post hardcore / pop punk vibes. I increased the tempo and rearranged the structure of the original song to make it more "poppier?" I added my own guitars and bass, I kept some of the synths and the drum and vocal stems are from the original. I added my own synth in the verse which is arpeggiating the chord that the guitars are playing in the verses. I also did some vocal processing via octave doubling to mix the old vocals into the new vibe.
