since as long as I could remember I’ve struggled with my own mental health. this is a small dive into the parts of me that I was afraid to share with you guys. we’ve all been here b4 to some capacity and you shouldn’t be afraid to go there. one thing therapy has taught me is you have to love ALL parts of yourself… even the darkest parts too.

the last 2+ years have been a reality check.
reminding me how important making sure your mind is more than okay. taking on therapy and dealing with myself if ways I’ve never even imagine. learning it’s okay to not be okay. surrendering to the moments life give us at the time it’s given to us.

this project is a message to myself. a reminder to myself, that accepting and loving yourself first is one of life’s most crucial lessons. hopefully for anyone going thru it, it can serve as a message to you too.

I decided to drop this project on Oct.10.22… it is know as world mental health day as a reminder for anyone going thru it please don’t hesitate to reach out ESPECIALLY to a mental health professional. we’ve all #BeenHereB4, life is not static, it is dynamic and always changing just as the mind works. take care of yourself. love yourself. accept yourself. and let’s heal together. ❤️
