Aschly Gustave is @aschpintura The New York state native has in recent years has found herself living full time in London in 2018, earning a degree in Live Sound Production. Asch showcases her diverse musical palette through her monthly radio show REFUGE and during the pandemic her efforts and dedication to perfecting her craft haven’t gone unnoticed, by talent scouts; reputed blogs; venue promoters; and established labels.

Since the official reopening of the nightlife sector in the UK last July, it’s fair to say that she has just kicked off what seems to be a very promising career on the live circuit. To say she’s been on fire, is truly an understatement. She can rightfully boast playing amongst heavy hitting line-ups, for brands and venues like Night Tales; The Cause; Ministry of Sound; Printworks; Anjunadeep; Bloop Radio London; E1 and more. She has opened for the likes of Nick Warren, Korolova, Jeremy Olander, Eli & Fur, Dominik Eulberg - the list goes on.

With her diverse arsenal of record appreciation and love for music in the realm of deep, melodic house & techno, we can boldly assure you that she is already one to look out for and needs to be seen live as a priority.

Hello Everyone! its that time of the week you call Wednesday, but we like to say ... Bump Day! Its the infamous Il Modo podcast, lets find out where our journey takes us too today...

This week is an Il Modo first, as we chalk another country off our globe trotting schedule. Our destination is famous for many unique attributes, like the Rubik Cube, particularly well known for scrambling the mind of whoever tried it. We invite you to try this mind scrambling DJ set from Hungary's newest and most talented artist. Il Modo.. get ready, for NorB! 

Music was always a strong force in Hungarian born Norbi Szakács’ life from the time he was a child. He grew up listening primarily to Trance, later Progressive Melodic & Deep House, and is now also influenced by the breakbeat culture. Norbi  always had a keen interest in how to transform one’s thoughts and innermost feelings into a musical form for others to appreciate. 

In 2021, as many of us sought out new life paths, NorB realised the opportunity to explore music production for the first time, and in doing so he discovered an immediate passion. In connecting with established Toronto-based artist & vocalist juSt b, of whom he is an avid supporter, the two came together for an exquisite collaboration in the form of a dark, brooding debut 3-track EP entitled Different Places, featuring juSt b's original vocals.  

After the release of this EP, NorB & juSt b then went on to have three new tracks featured on John Digweed's Quattro III compilation, and ended an amazing year as part of Bedrock's Best of 2022 Collection too.

Continuing this fruitful partnership with juSt b, there are new and exciting things coming soon, and in the near future, NorB's first solo EP will also be released.

Tento album vznikol počas náhlej zimnej búrky, keď sa nad Veľkými jazerami zrodil lake-effect – biela stena snehu, ktorá prechádza z Kanady cez Erie, Buffalo, Cleveland, Chicago až po New York.  
Mráz, ticho miest, hučanie vetra medzi domami, prázdne ulice a autá stratené pod snehom.  
Hudba zachytáva ten pocit, keď zostane len kabát so zdvihnutým golierom, posledné teplo pod ním a dlhá cesta cez zamrznuté mesto.  
Emotívny deep house, dark minimal, hypnotické groove, zimná melanchólia.

This album was created during a sudden winter outbreak, when a lake-effect wall of snow forms over the Great Lakes and crashes down across Erie, Buffalo, Cleveland, Chicago, and New York.  
It captures the frozen silence of cities, the wind echoing between buildings, empty streets, buried cars, and the heavy quiet of a long winter night.  
A soundtrack for walking alone through a snow-covered city: emotional deep house, dark minimal textures, hypnotic rhythms and cinematic winter ambience.
