The Four R’s This was recorded in Snods studio in one night with Raymond Engineering along with Big Ritchie Rae, Ronnie McEwan and myself .Hence the Four R's
This song was written after an email I had sent Ritchie about my night terrors I suffered from while working at youth corrections.It references flooding in my bedroom when I woke up and I had put everything on a shelf because I thought the place was flooding. Ron has the Vincent Price backing vocal. Crazy times

This was recorded in Ritchie Rae’s loft with big Steph Fleming on Guitar and Ritchie on backing vocals and keys. Honestly this was a 3hour session and I believe the original was a Special View song. Great times in the loft.

So Long I longed

I wrote the lyrics to this song with just hearing the riff once. Then about 3 weeks later big Ritchie called me to drive up to the studio with John Turner mixing. It took two takes. I bought the bongos in Morocco.
