Dirtyphonics X Virtual Riot - Beat Dem Up

this was a CD i released last year.
 It's like an idealised and concentrated snapshot  of things I did in the summer of 2011. 
Several of the tracks are recordings straight out the back of my Korg EMX whilst at a party. 
The *vibe* (for lack of a better word) is East London private parties. Parties where you could just do whatever you wanted, as long as you weren't hurting anyone.
 Parties where the door charge would get you a research chemical and an instruction to imbibe at a certain time.
Parties where local gangsters were transformed into shirtless sweating love thugs who were suddenly more interested in your life story than trying to rob you.
Parties where suburban runaway rich kids would meet the loves of their lives for one night and never see them again. 
Yup, it's party music alright.
