Parece haver uma aura especial que paira sobre a cidade de Brusque, localizada perto do litoral catarinense. Não existe uma cena musical consolidada, mas de alguma forma o local foi berço de novos e promissores talentos, como Filipe Rodrigues AKA Lipp. Com uma personalidade sensível, percebeu desde cedo que a música preenchia seus vazios e era na 'era de ouro' do Deep House no Brasil, logo após 2010, que passou a cultivar um carinho especial pela música eletrônica.
“A única amizade genuína que eu realmente considero é a relação que tenho com a música”, ele diz de coração aberto. Esse lado sentimental é ainda observado em sua postura dele como DJ, preocupando-se com a suavidade e delicadeza na mixagem, fazendo uma mistura inteligente de faixas de groove entre as batidas mínimas mais complexas. É esse estilo principal que ele adota em seu DJ sets, mas sempre há espaço para faixas mais profundas e românticas, flutuando entre Deep, House e Techno. Durante 6 anos assinando como Filipe Rodrigues, ele se juntou à equipe Odyssey Rec, gravadora de Antonela
Giampietro, lançou o remix na gravadora romena Welter Records e também assinou os EPs “Apocalypse” e “Brava Green” pela AIA Records, selo da Aninha, artista brasileira que é uma de suas grandes referências e a faixa Kyoto pelo label Urbans Soul, faixa com suporte de Jack Cheler no Inside do Warung.
Pouco mais de 1 ano assinando como Lipp, ja ancalça voos altos como seu primeiro álbum digital com 12 faixas lançado por Tzinah records da Romenia, selo referencia na cena minimal, teve seu EP Solitude [WAPM] remixado por Vern e assinou também com labels como Totoyov, Createch, Mellowdy (Selo de Andrey Djackonda) entre outros. Suas faixas tem recebido suportes de brasileiros como Arthus, Doriva, Tarter, Leo Andreaza, Jack Cheler, Pricila Diaz e pelo mundo nomes como Vern, Vesy, Direkt e o mais recente, um suporte da lenda Barac em evento da Puls Romenia, com vídeo divulgado nas redes oficiais do artista.
Pavimentando seu próprio caminho, ele também se dedica a alguns projetos paralelos, responsável por Indica Label, uma iniciativa que começou como uma festa e hoje funciona como uma gravadora, a fim de trazer os principais pilares da marca: ativismo canábico, redução de danos e conscientização através da conexão com a música.
E é assim, carregando uma leveza singular e buscando promover a sensação de liberdade aqueles ao seu redor, que Lipp está curtindo cada passo do processo, sem pressa, mas sempre visando um futuro promissor.
