We have had great success with our first series of VA releases called Edition, for which there were 3 parts. This year, we present our next Various Artists release, named Atlas.

This LP features both established artists and newcomers to the scene, as well as label staples and label newcomers. Atlas features Deft, Visages, Drone, Nymfo, Monty, Alix Perez, Echo Brown, Foreign Concept, Headland, Safire, DRS, Nymfo, and of course, Eprom. Atlas is a journey through numerous styles and tempos, showcasing a group of the most talented artists in bass music today.

Atlas/ 1 will be released on digital on 9th July 2021 - and also as a 3 piece vinyl set which will be available for shipping in September.

Defy records and Truth are excited to release the much anticipated sampler for Truth's second album “Love's Shadow”. 

The pedigree of Truth's releases to date speaks for itself. Among the tsunami of music unleashed on the Dubstep world by this duo from New Zealand are three vinyl releases on Mala's foundational Deep Medi label, a recent 12” on the mighty Tempa Records and a debut album (Puppets) which has gone on to become a classic since it's release in 2010.

Now releasing their second full-length album, Truth have decided to change the game, connecting directly with their fans and releasing the entire LP as a series of free releases. The album contains collaborations and remixes from some of the world's top dubstep producers including Kromestar, Datsik, J:Kenzo, Biome, Seven, Megalodon, Perverse, Von D, DJ Madd and Optimus Gryme.
