Sonic Dreams

This sonic pi file utilises the tick functions in version 2.6dev and also the note_range function. It generates a rhythm percussion section building on ideas in my earlier percussiongenerator2 at https://gist.github.com/rbnpi/f249905887f8eadff82b and also influenced by Martin Butz sequence generator at https://gist.github.com/mbutz/2ea7cdd19648c380a721

It requires Sonic Pi 2.6dev later than about JUly 13th 2015, and has been tested on a Mac and on a Pi2.
It produces an interesting melody track utilising a pattern consisting of the 4 bit binary numbers 0 to 15 placed one after the other to give a 64 bit pattern. The"1"s are used to control one synth and the "0" a different one giving an interesting interplay. It can run indefinitely, but at present is ingtroduced by a noise burst and ended by the same noise burst about 2 minutes later. Enjoy!

'Tubular Bells' using Sonic Pi

A dark atmospheric ambient soundscape produced using live coding app Sonic Pi.  Loosely inspired by data sonification techniques applied to radio emissions from 'outer space' – although no actual samples of such are used -  produced entirely with Sonic Pi's in-built samples & synths as it makes it easier to share the code (links below).
