Welcome to the ‘Pops’ scene! Here we present a wonderful bunch of reconstituted Pop goodies. All the songs on this record are hastily constructed facsimiles and we take great pleasure in reproducing them for you using the swinging-est bunch of bison on the scene. Switch on and we dare you to try and SIT through the entire ordeal.

Bob of the Pops Vol.1 was recorded between 2012 and 2017 at the Junipers studio, (after the real band had gone home) and in a house in Leicester. Produced and engineered by Boryng Bison.  Remixed for release by Robyn Gibson in his living room, after he bought some monitor speakers, in 2017.

Special thanks to Boryng Bison for pressing the record button on the machine, playing all the instruments, singing all the parts and providing the layers of winter clothing.  No click tracks were harmed during the making of this album, the drummer could not hear any other band members playing while recording his parts, so the unique tempos deployed here are entirely intentional, and purely coincidental.
